K-pop in Public- LE SSERAFIM Dances

Today I'm sharing more dance videos, this time some K-pop in Public (dance covers of Korean songs performed in public)!

In my K-pop (J-pop) in Public- Boys' Edition 2! post I shared a dance cover of the song EASY by girl group LE SSERAFIM, plus linked to a few more. It was a boys' version and seemed to be a trend. LE SSERAFIM are popular at the moment and they were MTV PUSH artist(s) of the month for June in the UK. It's nice to see K-pop groups getting more international recognition. :) 

Here are some more LE SSERAFIM dance covers. Some are older and some new. 


[KPOP IN PUBLIC] LE SSERAFIM- FEARLESS by 9BIT DANCE

First up is a cover of FEARLESS, LE SSERAFIM's debut single (and the lead single from their debut EP, also called FEARLESS), which was released back in May 2022. Their group name is actually an anagram of "I'm Fearless". I first shared a dance cover of this a couple of years ago (see below).

This cover is by Australian group 9BIT DANCE and was uploaded in May 2022.

[KPOP IN PUBLIC | ONE TAKE] LE SSERAFIM- ANITFRAGILE- AKtion

Next up is a cover of ANTIFRAGILE, the girls' 2nd Korean single. It was the lead single from their 2nd EP of the same name, both released in October 2022.  It's one of their biggest hits to date (along with UNFORGIVEN and EASY; see below), getting to No. 2 on the South Korea Circle Digital Chart and reaching over 100 million streams in Japan.

The cover is performed by AKtion Dance, a 6-member dance crew from Barcelona, Spain. In addition to dance, they've also ventured into music, with their own mini album AKT ONE and a music video for the song FEEL THE BREEZE! 

The cover is a "one-take", meaning it was filmed all in one go. The video premiered in December 2022 and features Janu as Sakura, Aivi as Chaewon, Julia as Yunjin, Embi as Kazhua and Naik as Eunchae.

[KPOP IN PUBLIC - ONE TAKE VER.] LE SSERAFIM- 'UNFORGIVEN- MAZE

This is a cover of the group's 3rd single UNFORGIVEN, which came out in May 2023. It features American musician Nile Rodgers and was the lead single from LE SSERAFIM's debut studio album, also called UNFORGIVEN. This single was also very successful, reaching Top 2 in the South Korean charts and Top 10 in other Asian countries.

 There's a Japanese version as well, so I'll look another time and see if there are any J-pop in Public covers for that one!

This cover is by MAZE, a dance group which is part of  the One-Off Entertainment studio from Malaysia. It was uploaded in June 2023.

LE SSERAFIM- EASY MALE VER DANCE COVER- INVASION BOYS

Now here is another male version of EASY (following on from the covers featured in the K-pop (and J-pop) in Public- Boys Edition 2! post). The song was LE SSERRAFIM's 5th (Korean) single and one of their most popular so far, reaching No. 3 on the South Korea Circle Digital Chart. It was also a hit internationally, charting in several countries within Asia and outside, such as the UK and US. 

The single was released in February (the lead single from their 3rd EP of the same name) but was being promoted in the UK last month. There is an English version as well.

This cover is by the Invasion boys from INVASION DC, a K-pop dance cover community from Indonesia.   

The video premiered in April and the dancers are Ales as Eunchae, Ahsan as Yunjin, Faiq as Chaewon, Tedi as Kazuha and Juan as Sakura. I like the outfit change halfway through!

[KPOP IN PUBLIC | ONE TAKE] LE SSERAFIM- 'EASY' Dance Cover by ABM CREW

And now for the girls! This is a dance cover of EASY by ABM CREW from the Netherlands. They post dance covers and reaction videos on their YouTube channel.

The video was uploaded in February and was listed as the first one in Europe. The dancers are Darcy as Chaewon, Jada as Yunjin, Vlada as Sakura, Lydia as Kazuha and Charae as Eunchae.

[KPOP IN PUBLIC] LE SSERAFIM- 'SMART' ONE TAKE Dance Cover by Bias Dance

 Finally, we move on to a dance cover of Smart, LE SSERAFIM's latest single! It's the second one from the EP EASY and was released in March.

It's performed by Australian dance crew Bias Dance. The video (which premiered in February) was filmed in Melbourne during a heatwave but the girls still did a good job! It features dancers Marion as Chaewon, Sally as Yunjin, Crystal as Eunchae, Kaitlyn as Kazuha and Steph as Sakura. This one is also a one-take.

[HERE?] LE SSERAFIM- Smart | Dance Cover- ARTBEAT

And here is another Smart cover, this time by South Korean dance crew ARTBEAT. It was uploaded in March and the dancers are YuBin as Kazuha, HyunJin as Eunchae, HaEun as Chaewon, HyeRim as Yunjin and GaEun as Sakura.

Weekly Music Video

Sorry there wasn't a 2nd post last week, I was going through a bit of a stressful time and didn't manage to get one finished. :) This week's video is I CONDEMN by Australian singer and rapper The Kid LAROI . It was the first single from the deluxe version of his second album BEFORE I FORGET. The original album was released in January and the deluxe version came out on 24th April. It contains 9 extra tracks, including  I CONDEMN and latest single PIECES. I wasn't aware that there was a deluxe version until I saw that some new songs had appeared on Spotify! I like BEFORE I FORGET and my favourite songs from the original version are ME + YOU, JULY,  COME DOWN and RATHER BE featuring Australian rapper and singer Lithe . One of my fave songs on the deluxe version is QUIT YOU, and I also like HOLD STILL and I CONDEMN. The newest single PIECES came out on out the same day as the album. I CONDEMN was released on 17th April. As with the songs on the original BEFORE I FORGET, it...

K-pop Comebacks- BTS

Sorry the 2nd post is later again this week, I didn't manage to get it finished yesterday. :) Last month I started a mini series called K-pop Comebacks, featuring the comebacks of K-pop groups during 2026.
