Season 4 of the reality show Unexpected is currently showing in the UK, and also Season 9 of Teen Mom OG just started, so today I'm featuring both shows on the blog. There is a round-up of previous posts, plus info on the new series and some updates.  Note: If you're not familiar, both shows follow pregnant teens and their lives as parents. Teen Mom is a spin-off of 16 and Pregnant and there is now a franchise which includes the shows Teen Mom 2 , Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant , and international versions such as Teen Mom UK .  Unexpected is TLC's version. This week's video is Catch A Vibe by Karun. Her full name is Karun Mungai and she is an alternative R'n'B musician and songwriter based in Kenya. She started out in the Nairobi hip hop group Camp Mulla and also attended the Berklee College of Music in America.  Karun launched her solo career in 2014 with the release of her debut album Sun & Moon. She also brought out the EPs Indigo in 2016 and The Glow in 2019. Her songs include Interlude (Sun) which was featured in the American TV show The Resident, Need U the Most, Roses with Ukweli of East Africa Wave , Make Believe featuring Blinky Bill and Glow Up. She is also an emPawa100 Artist (part of Mr Eazi's emPawa intitative , which featured her 2019 single Glow Up.  Catch A Vibe was released in December. Today's music video is Alone by Hong Kong singer (and member of K-pop boyband GOT7 ) Jackson Wang . It's a Chinese language song (with a few English lines!) and was released on 30th January. This week's video is Doucement, the new single by French singer Ronisia .  Time for the first dance videos post of 2021! Today I'm sharing a variety of dance styles. :)  How to Do 5 Basic Afrobeat Legwork in 12 MINUTES- Presh Okosi First up is some African dance. This is a 12-minute tutorial by Nigerian dancer Presh Okosi , where she teaches us how to do basic Afrobeat legwork. It's beginner friendly. The video was uploaded last May. Today's video is CHALO by Celina Sharma. She is an 18-year-old Australian singer with Indian and Italian heritage, currently based in the UK. Celina started out by sharing song covers on TikTok and was then signed to British record label Virgin EMI at 16. She went on to release the debut solo single Lean On with rapper Emiway Bantai . She has also released insecure,  and remix with Bollywood playback singer Asees Kaur . Her latest single is Girls Like You with British group Rak Su . CHALO came out in January last year, and I think it was actually about a year ago that I first discovered it!
