Dance Videos

I haven't done many general dance video posts this year (this is only my 2nd!) so today I'm featuring some dances from different genres. :)


O ANTAVA MAWA |PUSHPA- RANG DE CHOREOGRAPHY 

First up is a Telugu (South Indian) dance. This is a choreo to Oo Antava Mawa..Oo Antava from the 2021 Tollywood (Telugu language film industry) movie Pushpa: The Rise- Part 1. It's performed by Riya Sood and Rishi Sharma from the YouTube channel Rang De.

The video was uploaded in January 2022.

[TIKTOK DANCE] Mong Một Ngày Anh Nhớ Đến Em- B.K.A.V. Dance Team

Next is a V-pop (Vietnamese pop) dance to the song Mong Một Ngày Anh Nhớ Đến Em. It was originally released as a single by Vietnamese singer Triệu Hồng Ngọc and featuring rapper RamC in February 2022. But this cover is performed to a version by breakdancers and rappers Huỳnh James and Pjnboy, which was performed live on the music reality show The Heroes (Idols Against Idols) 2022. 

I think that the live version got popular on TikTok. The dance cover is by B.K.A.V Dance Team from Vietnam and was uploaded in February.

[DANCE IN PUBLIC NYC| TIMES SQUARE] XG 'LEFT RIGHT' Dance Cover- OFFBRND

Here is another dance cover of LEFT RIGHT by Japanese girl group XG, this time by OFFBRND. (I've previously posted a few dance covers of XG's songs which I'll link to below.) They are a K-pop/dance-centric channel based in New York City, Boston and other American locations. Their members perform K-pop dance covers, original choreography and more!

LEFT RIGHT was released in March, along with the main track SHOOTING STAR (XG's 3rd single). The video was uploaded in April and the dancers are Shari as Jurin, Laurie as Chisa, Alexa as Harvey, Joey as Juria, Maya as Maya (which is cool!), Macy as Hinata and Trisha as Cocona.

[DANCE IN PUBLIC | ONE TAKE ] XG- "GIRL GVNG" Dance Cover- 8MUSE

Finally, here is a brand-new XG dance cover. This one is a cover of the girls' single GIRL GVNG, which came out in June. It's performed by dancers from 8MUSE, a dance studio based in Taiwan.

The video was uploaded on 22nd August. The dancers are Mei as Cocona, Bliss as Jurin, Luzi as Hinata, Hua as Chisa, K as Maya, Py as Harvey and Irene as Juria.

Weekly Music Video

Sorry there wasn't a 2nd post last week, I was going through a bit of a stressful time and didn't manage to get one finished. :) This week's video is I CONDEMN by Australian singer and rapper The Kid LAROI . It was the first single from the deluxe version of his second album BEFORE I FORGET. The original album was released in January and the deluxe version came out on 24th April. It contains 9 extra tracks, including  I CONDEMN and latest single PIECES. I wasn't aware that there was a deluxe version until I saw that some new songs had appeared on Spotify! I like BEFORE I FORGET and my favourite songs from the original version are ME + YOU, JULY,  COME DOWN and RATHER BE featuring Australian rapper and singer Lithe . One of my fave songs on the deluxe version is QUIT YOU, and I also like HOLD STILL and I CONDEMN. The newest single PIECES came out on out the same day as the album. I CONDEMN was released on 17th April. As with the songs on the original BEFORE I FORGET, it...

K-pop Comebacks- BTS

Sorry the 2nd post is later again this week, I didn't manage to get it finished yesterday. :) Last month I started a mini series called K-pop Comebacks, featuring the comebacks of K-pop groups during 2026.
