It's been a while since I featured new K-pop releases on the blog. Actually, I don't think I've done a post with just new K-pop songs since the beginning of last year! I did share some K-pop videos from my YouTube playlist last month though.
So today I'm sharing some new Korean releases. :)
Chung Ha- Stay Tonight
First up is Chung Ha (also written as Chungha), a solo singer (who was also a member of now disbanded project group I.O.I. This is Stay Tonight which was released in late April, so it's new-ish, lol.
Chung Ha- Be Yourself
And here is Chung Ha's latest release Be Yourself, which came out on 9th June. It's an upbeat dancey pop song, and is actually an ad for Sprite as part of the Korean Sprite summer campaign! The man in the video is model Jung Hyuk.

Slightly off topic question: Which do you prefer 7Up or Sprite? 7Up has always been my favourite, I used to drink it regularly for years but I cut down on it for my dental health (mostly stopped drinking it). I occasionally have both 7-up and Sprite now though.
Chung Ha also recently collaborated with rapper pH-1 on the song My Friend, which was produced by Zion T. Watch the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7NV2rzS7VJQ
GOT7- NOT BY THE MOON
This is NOT BY THE MOON by boyband GOT7. Again it's "new-ish" since it was released in April! It's the lead single from their 11th EP Dye, released on the 20th.
It's a love song, quite intense sounding if you see the English subtitles! (Click "Subtitles/closed captions" while viewing on YouTube). The English translation of the lyrics on YouTube is "Dye yourself with me, so I can be inside you, and also you can be inside me. We can be together forever".

And for Jackson Wang's solo song 100 Ways (English language) visit this post:
NU'EST- I'm in Trouble
Here's the latest from boyband NU'EST. It's called I'm in Trouble and is the title track of their 8th mini album [The Nocturne], released on 11th May. The song is about realising you're in trouble when you first fall intensely in love with someone.
MONSTA X- FANTASIA
Finally here is FANTASIA, the new single from Monsta X. It's from their latest mini album FANTASIA X which came out in May. FANTASIA was released on 27th May, the same day as the mini album, I think.
Back in February Monsta X released their first English language album! You can read my post about it here: https://starsparklex.blogspot.com/2020/02/monsta-x-debut-english-album.html
So that's it for now. Hope you enjoyed the post! :) What are your current favourite K-pop songs?
