This week it's time for some new Korean music! :)
Chung Ha- Gotta Go
This is the latest single from Chung Ha (also written as Chungha), a former member of girl group I.O.I who went solo after the group disbanded in 2017). It's about a girl who has to leave her boyfriend at midnight, but is reluctant to go. It was released on 2nd January.

KNK- Lonely Night
This is Lonely Night by boyband KNK. Their full name is Keunaken (the initials are also short for "K-pop Knock" ,meaning knocking on the door of the K-pop industry) and they were formed in 2016, the first male idol group of the company YNB Entertainment. The group consists of 5 members- leader Kim Jihun, Park Seohan, Lee Dongwon, Oh Heejun, and Jeong Inseong. Kim Youjin was a original member but left due to anxiety issues (he was diagnosed with a panic disorder) in April 2018 and was replaced by Lee Dongwon in December.*
KNK debuted in February 2016 with their first showcase, and released their debut single Knock and single album of the same name in March 2016. Their other singles include I Remember, Back Again, Sun Moon, Star and Rain. They have brought out two more Korean single albums, Gravity (2017) and Lonely Night (2019), and a Japanese one called U/Back Again (2017). In addition the group has 3 EPs, Awake (2016), Remain (2016) and Gravity, Completed (2017). This month they changed record labels to 220 Entertainment.
Random fact: KNK are known for being one of the tallest K-pop bands! Their average height is 183 cm (about 6 foot).
Lonely Night is from KNK's latest single album also called Lonely Night, which was released on 7th January. It's about a man who can't sleep because he's thinking about his ex-girlfriend.

ONEUS- Valkyrie
ONEUS are a brand new boyband who debuted on 9th January. The group is made up o 6 members, leader Ravn (real name Kim Youngjo), Seoho (born Lee Gunmim but changed it to Lee Seoho), lead rapper Leedo (real name KIm Geonhak), Keonhee (full name Lee Keonhee, Hwanwoong (Yeo Hwanwoong) and Xion (birth Son Dongju).* Xion is a twin, his brother Dongmyeong is in the band ONEWE.
Valkyrie is their debut single was released on 9th Jan. It's from their debut mini album LIGHT US which came out on the same day.
