New Teen Mom UK

Teen Mom UK (the British version of the successful Teen Mom franchise) is back for a 6th series! It starts next Wednesday and we'll get to catch up with Amber, Megan, Shannon, Sassi and Chloe and their families.

There are several new arrivals set to join the Teen Mom UK world, with both Shannon Wise and Amber Butler expecting their second babies, and Megan Salmon-Ferrari's ex Dylan Siggers is also having a baby with his new girlfriend Ree-Ane!

Shannon, 19, joined the show last summer for S4, and has son Theodore, 2, with her boyfriend Charlie. Last series we saw her taking a pregnancy test and discovering she was pregnant with her second baby. The news came as a shock, especially as she and Charlie had previously disagreed on whether to have another child (he didn't feel it was the right time to do that). Shannon is due this month and we'll get to see more of her pregnancy in the new episodes, as well as updates on her relationship with Charlie and how Theodore is doing.

Amber, 22, surprised us by announcing she's expecting another baby with her ex Ste Rankin! (She revealed the news in April, but I only found out recently, lol). They have son Brooklyn, 4, together but have had a rocky relationship. Ste started dating new girlfriend Kirsty but still had feelings for Amber. He and Amber are currently not together but are doing their best to co-parent. The new baby is due in early September.

21 year old Megan is now a single mum after splitting up with Dylan, also 21, the dad of her son Mackenzie, 3,  and daughter Dulcie-Mae, 2. In past episodes we saw her dealing with the fact that Dylan  had moved on with Ree-Ane, who he previously cheated on Megan with. Dylan also sadly lost his mum and Megan was there for him. As for the other girls, Sassi Simmonds, 20,  struggled in the last series after her boyfriend Darren abruptly broke-up with her, and they tried to get to a better place for the sake of their 2 year old daughter Zena'ya; and  Chloe Patton, 21, supported her boyfriend Jordan Edwards, 20,  when he was diagnosed with depression. They have 3 year old son Marley together and in S5 we watched them settle into their new house and deal with a new puppy!

25th Anniversary of Mariah Carey's Butterfly Album

My favourite singer Mariah Carey recently released a 25th anniversary edition of her 6th studio album Butterfly. The original album was released on 16th September 1997 and featured songs such as her hit single Honey, The Roof and My All. New J.Lo and JoJo Music

Two singers I like, Jennifer Lopez and JoJo have new music out, so today I'm sharing it on the blog! Jennifer Lopez- Baila Conmigo First up is Jennifer Lopez, whose new song is the Spanish language Baila Conmigo (Dance with Me). It's a cover of the 2018 single by Dayvi featuring Kelly Ruiz . Debut XG Mini Album

Japanese girl group XG have released their 1st mini album. It's called NEW DNA and was released on 27th September. XG (whose name is short for Xtraordinary Girls) made their debut in March last year and have brought out 7 singles so far- Tippy Toes, MASCARA, LEFT RIGHT/SHOOTING STAR double single), GVRL GANG , TGIF, NEW DANCE and PUPPET SHOW. The first 3 songs (or 4 including the double single) aren't on the mini album. The concept behind NEW DNA is that of being a "new species" free from conventions and limitations .  Although the group is Japanese, their creation was inspired by Korean music and they are based in South Korea. They have released songs in English so far and have been described as a global group and "X-pop". NEW DNA consists of 6 tracks- HESONO, X-GENE, GVRL GANG, TGIF, NEW DANCE and PUPPET SHOW. It is an R'n'B/pop mini album with influences from other genres, such as K-pop, dance and hip hop. My favourite song is PUPPET SHOW. I al
