Today's video is Vaishnav Jana To for Gandhi Jayanati by Tanzanian singer Vanessa Mdee. it's a cover of the classic Hindi song Vaishnav Jana To, commemoration of the Gandhi Jayanti festival, which celebrates the birth of Indian independence leader Mahatma Gandhi on 2nd October. It's a bhajan, which is a religious or spiritual song.

I cam across this after the festival, but thought it would be good to share. Nice collaboration between Tanzania and India. :)
