Weekly Music Video

This week's video is Swag Se Swagat from the 2017 Bollywood film Tiger Zinda Hai. It stars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif and is about  reclusive Indian Intelligence (RAW) Agent Tiger 8 (Salman) and Pakistani Intelligence (ISI) agent Zoya (Katrina) who get together to help rescue a group of Indian and Pakistani nurses being held hostage by a militant in an Iraqi hospital.

Tiger Zinda Hai is based on real events and is the sequel to  Ek Tha Tiger/There Was a Tiger (2012). It was released just before Christmas (22nd December) and is currently showing at cinemas.

The playback singers are Vishal Dadlani and Neha Bhasin.








There's also an Arabic version of Swag Se Swagat which I thought would be good to include.  It's sung by Lebanese singers Rabih and Brigitte




Random fact: Katrina and Salman dated in real life but split in 2010, and now remain friends (and co-stars!).

Weekly Music Video

Sorry there wasn't a 2nd post last week, I was going through a bit of a stressful time and didn't manage to get one finished. :) This week's video is I CONDEMN by Australian singer and rapper The Kid LAROI . It was the first single from the deluxe version of his second album BEFORE I FORGET. The original album was released in January and the deluxe version came out on 24th April. It contains 9 extra tracks, including  I CONDEMN and latest single PIECES. I wasn't aware that there was a deluxe version until I saw that some new songs had appeared on Spotify! I like BEFORE I FORGET and my favourite songs from the original version are ME + YOU, JULY,  COME DOWN and RATHER BE featuring Australian rapper and singer Lithe . One of my fave songs on the deluxe version is QUIT YOU, and I also like HOLD STILL and I CONDEMN. The newest single PIECES came out on out the same day as the album. Weekly Music Video

This week's video is The Way You Move by American singer JayDon . His real name is JayDon McCrary (his previous stage name was J.D. McCrary) and he started out as a child actor, appearing on a couple of episodes of American TV series K.C. Undercover  in 2015 and going on to voice Young Simba in the 2019 remake of The Lion King .  In January 2018, JayDon released his official debut single Inviting All of You, going on to become the youngest solo artist  to sign with Hollywood Records (part of Disney Music Group ) that summer. He also released the single My Name in August and his debut EP followed in April 2019. Last year, JayDon changed his stage name from J.D. McCrary to his birth name JayDon and released his first single under that name in November, Ah!
