I've done several Dance Videos posts this year, so here's one more before the end of 2019! :) Today I'm sharing a variety of videos from different genres.


Nicole Scherzinger Dances Her Way Through a Cardio Workout

I've had this video saved in my YouTube "To Watch" playlist for ages, so thought I'd share it today! It's from 2017 and features Pussycat Dolls lead singer and solo singer Nicole Scherzinger doing a cardio workout and teaching Emily Oberg, (the host of YouTube series Get Sweaty) some dance moves.

Belly Dance Fitness Calorie Burn Shimmy Challenge

If you're a belly dancer then you might like to have a go at this shimmy challenge by Leilah Isaac of Leilah Bellydancer.  She is from the UK and teaches classes in London. Leilah is also a personal trainer and actress.

I haven't been dancing as much lately, so I'll give this a go. :)

Ek Toh Kum Zindangani- Marjaavaan Deepa Iyengar Dance Choreography

Next up is a Bollywood dance choreo by Deepa Iyengar of DeepaDance. It's to the song Ek Toh Kum Zindangani from the new film Marjaavaan and was uploaded to YouTube in October.

 Ritmo mexicano- MC GW by Ramana Borba

Here is something a bit different to what I've previously posted- a Latin dance choreography! Brazilian YouTuber and dancer Ramona Borna dances to Ritmo Mexicano (KondZilla) by MC GW. The style is twerk mixed with funk. I think the other woman in the video is Juliana Donato.

K-pop Comebacks- BTS

Sorry the 2nd post is later again this week, I didn't manage to get it finished yesterday. :) Last month I started a mini series called K-pop Comebacks, featuring the comebacks of K-pop groups during 2026. Weekly Music Video

Sorry there wasn't a 2nd post last week, I was going through a bit of a stressful time and didn't manage to get one finished. :) This week's video is I CONDEMN by Australian singer and rapper The Kid LAROI . It was the first single from the deluxe version of his second album BEFORE I FORGET. The original album was released in January and the deluxe version came out on 24th April. It contains 9 extra tracks, including  I CONDEMN and latest single PIECES. I wasn't aware that there was a deluxe version until I saw that some new songs had appeared on Spotify! I like BEFORE I FORGET and my favourite songs from the original version are ME + YOU, JULY,  COME DOWN and RATHER BE featuring Australian rapper and singer Lithe . One of my fave songs on the deluxe version is QUIT YOU, and I also like HOLD STILL and I CONDEMN. The newest single PIECES came out on out the same day as the album.
