It was only 6 months ago that American singer Ariana Grande released her last album Sweetener, but now she's back with a new one! thank u, next (written in lower case), her 5th studio album, came out on 8th February.
Ariana released Sweetener last August and started working on thank u, next in October. At the time she'd been undergoing some difficulties in her personal life, such as the death of her ex-boyfriend rapper Mac Miller in September and her break-up with fiance comedian and actor Pete Davidson in October. (Her previous album was recorded after the terrorist attacks at her Manchester Arena concert in May 2017).
The album, which broke UK chart records when it debuted at No.1 on the UK official albums chart, consists of 12 tracks, including singles thank u, next, 7 rings, break up with your girlfriend, i'm bored, promotional single imagine, needy and NASA. The first single from thank u, next was the title track which was released in November and reached No. 1 in several countries, including the US, the UK, Ireland, Canada and Greece. Second single 7 rings came out last month and break up with your girlfriend, i'm bored was released on the same day as the album.
I think thank u, next is a good album. While I like some of the songs on Sweetener, I don't like all of them that much My favourite is God is a woman and I also like better off (I've bought those two), breathin' and some others. But I prefer thank u next on the whole. My fave songs so far are the title track, needy, NASA and in my head. There are others I like as well. My birthday is coming up so I'm hoping to have thank u, next as a present!

break up with your girlfriend is Ariana's latest single and it came out on 8th February. The video shows Ariana hanging around with the couple who she wants to break-up, but becoming more interested in the girl (who looks similar to her!) over the boy.

I would say this is my favourite song. I like the music and chilled out vibe. :)
NASA
This is NASA. My fave part of this is the chorus.

Another good one. I like the deeper bass beat.
