Weekly Music Video

This week's video is Stay by The Kid LAROI and Justin Bieber. The Kid LAROI (real name Charlton Howard) is an Australian rapper and singer. He has Kamilaroi (Indigenous Australian, also know as Gamilaraay) heritage, which inspired his stage name.

The Kid LAROI started his career in Australia and released the debut EP 14 With a Dream in August in 2018 (aged 14). His first international hit was the 2019 single Let Her Go. He became friends with the American rapper Juice WRLD (who sadly died in late 2019) and worked with him on the songGo . It became the first single from The KID LAROI's first mixtape F*ck Love, which was released in July 2020.

Several singles from F*ck Love have been released. WITHOUT YOU, taken from the deluxe version, F*ck Love (Savage)- released last November- came out in December, and was The Kid LAROI's first No. 1 single in Australia. There is also a remix with American singer Miley Cyrus. The original version was the first song of his that I heard (saw the music video on TV). He actually reminded me of Justin a bit! lol.

For Stay, The Kid LAROI teamed up with Canadian singer Justin Bieber. They previously worked together on the song Unstable from Justin's latest album Justice. Stay was released on 9th July and is from The Kid LARIOI's upcoming album F*ck Lov3 (Over You). Please note that the song is explicit. :)

Weekly Music Video

Sorry there wasn't a 2nd post last week, I was going through a bit of a stressful time and didn't manage to get one finished. :) This week's video is I CONDEMN by Australian singer and rapper The Kid LAROI . It was the first single from the deluxe version of his second album BEFORE I FORGET. The original album was released in January and the deluxe version came out on 24th April. It contains 9 extra tracks, including  I CONDEMN and latest single PIECES. I wasn't aware that there was a deluxe version until I saw that some new songs had appeared on Spotify! I like BEFORE I FORGET and my favourite songs from the original version are ME + YOU, JULY,  COME DOWN and RATHER BE featuring Australian rapper and singer Lithe . One of my fave songs on the deluxe version is QUIT YOU, and I also like HOLD STILL and I CONDEMN. The newest single PIECES came out on out the same day as the album. K-pop Comebacks- BTS

Sorry the 2nd post is later again this week, I didn't manage to get it finished yesterday. :) Last month I started a mini series called K-pop Comebacks, featuring the comebacks of K-pop groups during 2026.
