Weekly Music Video

Sorry I didn't do a post over the weekend. I've been having some personal problems and got behind with things. :) Today's video (or song) is Hip Hop Lover by Korean boyband BTS aka Bangtan Boys. It's one of my favourite songs from their first full length album Dark & Wild. The video has an English translation. :) Update 23/6/22: I had to replace the video because it was gone, but this one also has the lyrics and an English translation. :)

Weekly Music Video

This is Living Room Flow by Jhené Aiko . It's one of my favourite songs at the moment, has been for a couple of months now. Living Room Flow is a soulful kind of song with a good beat, which is about a couple who have sex but don't want a relationship. Please note that the song is explicit. :)

Within Temptation Concert

Last night I watched a Within Temptation concert on TV. It was from their Elements concert in Antwerp, Belgium, which took place in 2012. At the time the band were celebrating 15 years of being together. It was a good concert, so I thought I'd share a couple of clips here. :) Here is Candles: And Memories: Hope you enjoy the songs. :)

Weekly Music Video

This week's video (or song since there isn't a music video) is Moments by Camilla Kerslake . She is a British/ Kiwi classical crossover singer who was the first artist to be signed to Gary Barlow's Future Records. Camilla took contemporary singing lessons since she couldn't afford classical but was later able to take classical as well. She recorded a demo CD which she repeatedly sent to Gary Barlow and he ended up singing her! In November 2009 she released her debut album Camnilla Kerslake. Since then she has released a second album called Moments, sung the National Anthem at a Wembley Stadium football match, performed for England Rugby Union matches and starred on stage in the West End in Les Miserables. She has also performed with Andrea Bocelli , Il Divo and Russell Watson . In June 2013 Camilla took a break from her career after her mother became ill with breast cancer. Her mum recovered and Camilla went on to campaign for the Royal Marsden hospital and B...

Return of The X-Files

The American sci-fi TV series The X-Files is returning to TV! It was a hugely popular show which featured FBI agents Fox Mulder (player by David Duchovny ) and Dana Scully ( Gillian Anderson ) investigating cases which were labelled strange and/or unexplained and given to the X-Files department. The X-Files originally ran for 9 series (or seasons) from 1993 to 2002. There were also two films, The X-Files (1998) and The X-Files: I Want To Believe (2008). They are now filming 6 new episodes and it is scheduled to return on 24th January in the US. Filming is set to finish in August. Both David and Gillian are returning as Mulder and Scully and their boss Skinner ( Mitch Pileggi ) and his former boss,The Smoking Man ( William B. Davis ) will come back as well. I used to enjoy watching the X-Files as a child and teen and still like to watch repeats now, so I'm looking forward to it coming back. I'm not sure whenabouts we'll get it in the UK but hopefully not too far behind ...

Weekly Music Video

Today's video is The Way by Ariana Grande featuring Mac Miller . It was Ariana's debut single from her first album Yours Truly and was released in March 2013. In my opinion Ariana's second album My Everything (2014) is better than her first but I think this is one of the best songs on Yours Truly. :)

New K-pop Videos

It's available on the group's album LOVE ME RIGHT- The 2nd Album Repackage in both Korean and Chinese. This is the Korean version of the song, I think There is an MV event going on where unreleased videos are being released once the viewing figures hit a certain mark. Watch the video on YouTube for details. :) And then SISTAR's SHAKE IT. It's from their 3rd mini album of the same name which came out on 22nd June. There's also a Dance Practice version which you can watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O27fsGdpP-Y Which is your fave? :)
